Finally,the date is comfirm settled.
Hmm..Now,the only problems are the times and the contribution.
The timings are as goes:

1)8am
2)9am
3)10am
4)11am

These are the so-far-released-details:
Date: 25th May (Sunday)
Time required to travel to destination: approximately 45 minutes
Location to meet up: Toa Payoh Interchange Service 8
Destination:East Coast Park
Time of meet up: -
Ending time: - (You can leave anytime you want)
Means of transport: Transport not provided. Take bus 8 from Toa Payoh interchage or check bus guide:

Please take note of some things about all the timings:
1)(Time of meet up) refers to the time we meet at Service 8 of Toa Payoh Interchange
2)Timings above (that you have chosen) is not (Time of meet up). The timings you have chosen is the timing that you intend to leave Toa Payoh Interchange for East Coast. Time of meet up refers to the time we meet for a short attendance taking so that we don't leave anyone behind.
3)(Timing of meet up) will be 15 minutes before the time (that you have chosen) to leave Toa Payoh Interchange.
4)Yes,the timings (that you have chosen) will be confirmed by "majority-wins" method.
5)A group of people will leave for East Coast first. People who cannot make it at the earlier timing can come later and contact the people who have reached the beach first for further notices.
6)People who come later are also expected to contribute by bringing some things (eg: ice,drinks,food stuff...) No lazy bums allowed.

Contributions.

We might be having a barbecue. Even if we are not,we still need money to buy food/drinks.
Each person will have to pay $10 max.
**Anyone who does not pay will not be allowed to touch any food or drinks (do I sound evil enough to convince you to pay?)

(Those with "*"=things we need both chosen or volunteered people who comes early or late to bring.)
Things we need:

X3)2 tents (in case it rains/for resting/to change clothes...)
4)Swimming costume (if you are afraid that we'll throw you into the water)
5)Small towel
6)Money for rental of bicycles (not inclusive of $10 paid)
X7)First aid (in case any of us gets injured)
X*8)Forms of entertainment (eg:cards,volleyball,soccer ball,badminton rackets and shuttle corks,MP3,MP3 speakers..)
X9)Food stuff (eg:potato chips,packet food..)
X10)3 picnic mats
X11)2 disposal bags (we are good people. we don't like dirtying beaches :)

Contributions must be settled by 21st May (Wednesday). For the time being,think of what you want to contribute and whether you want to have a barbecue or a picnic (please note that we might be spending dinner there too).
